This PDF based prepress workflow system is more compatible with today's layout software such as Indesign CS4 and Quark 4. In addition to a more effecient workflow, Prinect offers clients the ability to upload files directly to our server through remote access, receive preflight reports and view proofs via a user friendly web approval portal. The \"DI\" represents a new generation of printing that utilizes digital files sent directly to the press for Direct Imagining, bypassing manual plate setting and mounting. This affords greater economies for shorter runs of full-color brochures, menus, pamphlets, posters and stationary up to 17 x 11 inches with bleeds on the same paper substraights associated with offset printing. Aside from the cost savings, the DI offers higher image printing quality compared to digital toner based digital printers for a true \"offset\" printing look.

Long before becoming certified, Thoroughbred Printing has been on the leading edge of enviromentally friendly policies by recycling all of its paper, plates, ink and chemicals. These certifications make it offical and provide those client wishing to display their support for these enviromental causes by including the familiar FSC or FSI logos on their pieces. The current management, staff and facilities will remain in place with no drastic changes.
